The application should all modules and features that should automate the entire workflow of the company operations with minimum user efforts. The users should be aware of the activities happening in the application at the time when they occur via instant notifications

Manage the internal employees of the company through worksheets.
Worksheets:
To display the records of the working hours of an employee and labor records to calculate and maintain the earning of an employee for the job they do based on their time spent
Scheduler:
Technician assignments can be handled by a scheduler itself. Signal R is used to basically update the admin and team leaders about the scheduling of a technician so that the same technician is not scheduled more than once for the same time and to let them know that the particular job is already assigned to someone.
Notifications:
Notifying Team leaders of any change in the application with instant notifications.
Events:
Implementing color notifications depicting various events
Mobile
Applications: Providing small mobile applications so technicians are updated about their schedules
Location
Tracking: GOOGLE PLACE API for solving traveling salesperson problems
Accounting:
QuickBooks sync for managing all accounting needs.
Fleet
Management: Implemented GEOTab API for Fleet Management.
File
Management: Dropbox API implementation for file management.
Our Challenges
- Developed a separate logic for maintaining the status of the record that was synced within the app from QuickBooks API. That logic will also maintain the error report which further used to analyzed the problem and solve it
- Optimize the route of a salesperson while implementing GOOGLE PLACE API
