The major functionality of this project is customer can submit their complaints. Once the customer has submitted the complaint, it will assign a unique case number and submit it to team members. The status of the case will be changed according to the process. Once the case has been resolved then the case will close. This site is in multi-languages. Users can use the site as their own language.
